Bug fix: v2.5.1 introduced a bug. Workouts stamped with your exact watch type and serial number that were uploaded to Garmin Connect would then not be synced down to your watch since the serial number was the same and Garmin thought it originated from that device. This was an issue for anyone who wasn't using the merge feature. This has been addressed.
October 25, 2024 (v2.5.3)
The "preserve watch laps" option for our merge feature will now preserve the workout structure and targets (in addition to the lap timing) from your watch recording.
October 21, 2024 (v2.5.2)
Garmin's training plans recently changed so we've updated our merge feature to accommodate these changes. If you are enrolled in a Garmin training plan and record the workout on your watch, the merged version uploaded by SyncMyWorkout will correctly mark the workout as "completed" in your Garmin training plan.
October 15, 2024 (v2.5.1)
SyncMyWorkout will now default to using your primary wearable device when uploading non-merged workouts. Previously SyncMyWorkout would use the Forerunner 955 Solar as the default device when uploading a workout that was not merged with a watch recording.
October 9, 2024 (v2.5.0)
If you are using our merge feature, there's now an additional option to perserve the laps from your watch recording during the merge process. This is useful if you were following a structured workout on your watch and you want to be able to see data aggregated by those laps in Garmin Connect.
April 28, 2024 (v2.4.4)
If you are using our merge feature, and you record a "Garmin Coach" workout, SyncMyWorkout will now embed the workout information into the peloton upload so that your workout can appear in your garmin training plan log.
January 30, 2024 (v2.4.3)
Fixed an issue where "moving time" in Garmin was sometimes 1 second shorter than total time.
January 24, 2024 (v2.4.2)

Cardio classes now get exercise names / reps / weights included.
Peloton tread workouts are now uploaded as "Treadmill Runs" instead of "Indoor Runs".
